​Definitions:

'The Company', 'our', 'we' or 'us' shall mean Plot Twist Events or any events produced by Plot Twist Events
'Employee' shall mean any employee of the company. 
'Client' or 'Purchaser' shall be the person whose name appears in the booking details.
'Player(s)', 'Attendee(s)' 'Participant(s)' or 'Guest(s)' shall mean a member of the client/purchasers party
‘Experience(s)’, ‘Game(s)’, ‘Event(s)’ shall mean any event produced by Plot Twist Events, whether in association with another company or independently.
‘The Venue(s)’ shall mean any venue in which an experience is operated from. 

​1.  CHARGES
1.1  Charges shown are in Pounds Sterling including taxes.
1.2  We reserve the right to adjust booking fees and any other fees at any time and without prior notice.
1.3 Any fees incurred through ticket providers, payment gateway suppliers and further admin fees will be included within the ticket price. These are non-refundable.  
1.4  It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to ensure booking details are correct.

2.  BOOKINGS
2.1  Bookings are processed in real time and the purchaser's credit/debit card will be immediately debited.
2.2  Bookings are subject to availability and are not finalised until receipt of a confirmation from Plot Twist Events (or any ticket supplier working with us). If the Purchaser does not receive this it is their responsibility to contact Plot Twist Events to confirm a booking.
2.3 Bookings may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain. If a booking is sold or transferred in breach of this, the bearer of the booking will be refused admission. This does not include tickets being transferred as gifts or similar.

3.  AGE RESTRICTIONS
3.1 Plot Twist Events create a number of unique events for a variety of different audiences. It is therefore the responsibility of the Purchaser to check this information prior to making a booking. If unsure, the Purchaser should contact Plot Twist Events before a purchase is made.
3.2 Children should behave at all times. Children must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 at all times in any Plot Twist Events experiences. We and any employees can ask children and accompanying adults to leave the event if they are believed to be breaching these terms. No refunds will be due.
3.3 If damage is caused to the Company’s property due to a breach of these conditions, the Purchaser will be liable for all costs of repair or cleaning and subsequent loss of business.

4.  METHOD OF PAYMENT
All payments are made through trusted ticketing partners and are not handled directly by Employees or us.

5.  PERSONAL DATA
5.1  In making a booking the Purchaser consents to the use of personal data necessary to process the booking.
5.2  No customer credit/debit card information is retained by Plot Twist Events.
5.3  Plot Twist Events will not share personal data unless required to do so for criminal or judicial proceedings, following the correct channels required by law.

6.  INTERNAL REGULATIONS
6.1  The Purchaser accepts and consents to the use of CCTV cameras throughout our events for the safety of Participant(s), for effective running of the experiences and for the safety of ourselves and our employees.
6.2  The experience, and any changes made, are at the discretion of Plot Twist Events.
6.3  The Purchaser and all Participant(s) agree not to take photographs, videos or audio recordings within the experiences without the express permission of the Company. Any Participant(s) found doing so will be removed from the experience. No refunds will be due.
6.4  Every effort is made to ensure personal items/belongings are safe. The Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage howsoever caused. Items of value should not be brought into any experience.

7.  TERMINATION
Should we, or an employee believe that any Terms have been breached, Plot Twist Events reserves the right to stop access to our experiences immediately, without prior notice or liability.

​8.  FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of a cancellation due to events beyond our control, refunds will be given at the discretion of the company and limited only to monies originally paid. The Company may offer the opportunity to reschedule a booking in the first instance.
Plot Twist Events accepts no responsibility for the resulting costs of travel, accommodation or other charges incurred. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9.  CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
9.1 Plot Twist Events’ experiences are live events. All sales are final and we can not offer refunds for cancellations made by the Purchaser or Attendees.
9.2 In the event of needing to cancel by the Purchaser, at the discretion of the Company, we may offer you the opportunity to reschedule your experience. The Purchaser must contact us at PlotTwistEvents@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the experience start time to do this. Any requests made after this start time will not be accepted.
9.3 Cancellation of individual attendee tickets are not accepted.
9.4 Plot Twist Events reserves the right to offer no refunds.

10.  ARRIVAL TIME/LATENESS/NO SHOW
10.1 Attendees are expected to arrive before their booking time (as stated in the email received after booking). This time may vary depending on the experience. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to check this time.
10.2 Due to the nature of our events, experiences cannot be delayed to accommodate late arrivals.
10.3 Should an attendee within your group be late, we, or our Employees, will begin the experience without them. It is the discretion of ourselves and our Employees whether to let a late Attendee join the experience after the start time. 
10.4 Each experience has a maximum wait time before the experience is cancelled. This will be stated to the Purchaser within the confirmation email. 
10.5 In the event of a No Show, or arriving after the maximum wait time, entire groups will not be admitted and those tickets will be cancelled. Tickets are non-refundable.
10.6 If you believe you will be late to the experience it is the Purchaser or Attendees’ responsibility to let us or our Employees know. In this instance we may offer to reschedule or cancel your experience, at the discretion of Plot Twist Events without a refund.

11.  BEHAVIOUR
11.1 All Attendees must follow our rules and are expected to behave appropriately to other guests, Employees and anyone else within the experience.
11.2 Plot Twist Events does not tolerate any kind of bullying, harassment or bad language towards other Attendees or Employees. 
11.3 Plot Twist Events has a Zero Tolerance Policy to any form of discrimination. Any negative behaviour to anyone either before, during or after one of our experiences that is deemed discriminatory will be reported to Police and you will be removed from the experience. Refunds will not be given.
11.4  Plot Twist Events is entitled to charge Attendees for acts of vandalism or damage caused to any experience or venue being used as a result of misuse.

12.  DISCOUNTED RATES / SPECIAL OFFERS
12.1 Additional Conditions may apply to any discounts or offers. These will be displayed with them and should be read alongside these Conditions.
12.2 Discounts or offers are not indefinite and may be withdrawn at any time by Plot Twist Events.
12.3 Discounts can not be applied retrospectively.​​

13.  USE OF PHOTOGRAPHY
13.1 Occasionally, Employees may take photos of Attendees that may be used on our website, social media or in print. The Purchaser and Attendees give permission for these to be used unless stated otherwise by the Purchaser or Attendees. 
13.2 Plot Twist Events can not guarantee that an experience will be as displayed within photographs.

14. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Plot Twist Events’ Terms and Conditions should be read alongside those of the Venue the experience is operating from. By purchasing a ticket, Attendees agree to both our Terms and Conditions and those of the Venue. 
The Venue reserves the right to remove Attendees who are breaching their Terms and Conditions. No refunds will be given in this instance.

15.  CHANGES
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to notify you when you use the service, however, we recommend periodically checking the Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be dated at the top of this web page.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service.
